These terms govern your use of Zyvo Tracker ("Zyvo", "we", "us"). By creating an account, you agree to them.

Zyvo is not a financial advisor. Zyvo is a portfolio tracking and analytics tool. Nothing in the app — including performance metrics, benchmark comparisons, risk analytics, or tax reports — constitutes financial, investment, or tax advice. Always consult a licensed professional before making financial decisions.

What Zyvo is — and isn't

Zyvo helps you track and analyze investments you already hold. We are not a broker — we never execute trades, hold funds, or have custody of your assets.
If you connect a brokerage account via SnapTrade, that connection is read-only. Zyvo cannot place trades or move money on your behalf.
Calculations (TWR, IRR, tax reports, risk metrics) are provided for informational purposes and are only as accurate as the data you enter or your broker provides. Verify important figures — especially tax reports — with a qualified professional before relying on them.

Subscriptions & billing

Zyvo Pro includes a 14-day free trial. No charge occurs until the trial ends.
After the trial, continued access requires a paid subscription (billed monthly or annually, as selected). Prices are shown at checkout.
You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Billing is handled by Stripe. Refunds, if any, are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact us.

Data accuracy

Market prices and benchmark data are sourced from third-party providers (Finnhub, Yahoo Finance, Binance) and may be delayed, incomplete, or occasionally unavailable. Zyvo does not guarantee real-time accuracy and is not liable for decisions made based on this data.

Your account

You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
You may delete your account and associated data at any time by contacting us.
We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or engage in abusive use of the service (e.g., attempting to circumvent rate limits or reverse-engineer proprietary systems).

Limitation of liability

Zyvo is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zyvo is not liable for any financial losses, missed decisions, or damages arising from use of the service, including reliance on inaccurate or delayed data.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date at the top of this page.
